For those who need to feed theirselves midnight, Warung Makan Didi is a right choise because in Palangka Raya is quite rare to find culinary place that open on midnight. It attracts many visitor at midnight and morning. They serve menu like Nasi Kuning, Lontong, and Ketupat Kandangan. If you like coconut milk-based food. It will be suitable for your taste..

Tried the Nasi Kuning, Lontong Orari, and Ketupat Kandangan. I can say that the Ketupat Kandangan was the best for me. For each type of dish you can choose whether you want a boiled egg, chicken, or fish as a side dish. But I recommend to try it with fish as I think locals use to have it with. Ohh and why I like the Ketupat Kandangan, I think because it's savoury (umami perhaps?) taste and with that smoked fish, ohh it's just da best . Lontong Orari is kinda sweet and savoury, which I think is just okay. And for the Nasi Kuning it has a different taste than what I have in Java, but it's still okay. But definitely you need to try every dish here.
